Homework will be set in accordance with the homework policy
It is set on Wednesday. It is always due in on the following Tuesday.
Homework for 2025-2026 will be set on google classroom. The children have a log in to Edshed where they will need to complete 2 assignments – maths and grammar each week.
In addition, they will need to:
- Practice their spellings on spelling shed (they will be given weekly and children will be tested on these every Tuesday),
- Practise their times tables too. These will be tested throughout the week.
- Reading at least three time a week from their reading range.
We have added a fluent in five minute pdf to out learning resources page for those who would like to practise some arithmetic questions.
- Every fortnight, children will carry out some arithmetic questions (7/8 questions) and once a term they will complete a longer set of questions.
