PE Kit: – We will usually have PE on Monday and Fridays – we will notify you if you require it on other days.
Reading: – The children are expected to read independently each day for 15-20 minutes. It will continue to help your child’s reading and comprehension skills if you can listen to your child read aloud as often as possible and discuss their text with them.
Homework: – Will be set weekly in accordance with the homework policy and is detailed on the Year 6 Homework page. The tasks, including links to the activities, will be set via on Google Classroom on a Tuesday – your child should be checking this frequently. Please encourage your child to complete their homework to their best ability and return it on time. A ‘Homework Club’ will be available to the children during certain lunchtimes if they require further support.
Going home: – To ensure the safety of your child, please can you email me if your child has permission to walk and if the arrangements are different to normal.
