We expect all children to wear correct, smart uniform at all times.
School uniform has many beneficial effects such as quality, identify and discipline; all important qualities of the “Hidden Curriculum”. We allow flexibility by offering parents the choice of a school jumper/cardigan or a more informal sweatshirt.
We take pride in our school uniform and ask our parents to help us uphold our high standards by adopting the guidelines below.
General Uniform
- Blue shirt and tie* or blue polo shirt with school logo*.
- V-neck blue sweatshirt with school logo* or round-neck blue sweatshirt with school logo* or blue cardigan with school logo.
- Grey or black trousers/shorts/skirt/pinafore dress.
- Grey or black tights
- Blue and white gingham dress.
- Black, grey or white socks.
- Black shoes (not trainers).
For P.E.
- Yellow t-shirt with school logo*.
- Blue shorts or blue jogging bottoms
- Black plimsolls or trainers.
Please ensure that all clothes are clearly named. Hair reaching shoulder length or longer should be neatly tied back. Stud earrings only which must be removed for PE.
Items marked with a * are optional and can be unbranded as long as they are plain and the correct colour.
Your child will also need:
- A water bottle (child’s own) filled with fresh water everyday please
- A house coloured book bag and PE bag is available. The school will let you know which house your child is in during the transition meetings.

Secondhand Uniform Sales
We hold regular pre loved/ recycled secondhand uniform sales throughout the year, where you can purchase uniform items from as little as 50p. For this to be maintained, we request that any good quality items that your children have grown out of are donated to the school office. Thank you.
